Marsden Duncan Solicitors started in Thanet, near Ramsgate in 1999, having taken over the practice of S J Burton & Co which opened in 1983. During recent years we have expanded; opening an office in Birchington, and more recently taking over the majority of the legal practice of Godfrey Davis & Waitt in Ramsgate.
Marsden Duncan Solicitors pride themselves on preserving the values we believe clients still want and require.
