The UCLan Cult Film Society is a group of UCLan students who get together to watch and discuss cult film. This could be horror, sci-fi, martial arts, western or any other niche genres.
We are proud to announce out first event that is open to the public. The screening will be Sam Rami's (Spiderman, Drag Me To Hell) seminal horror classic THE EVIL DEAD. Viewed by many as one of the best horror films ever to be produced and described by Steven King as ‘the most ferociously original movie of 1982’. We will be watching the film at the University’s fantastic Mitchell & Kenyon Cinema (located in the Foster Building on the main campus) in High Definition.
The price of admission for non-member students and the general public will be £2.
I look forward to see you there.
Neil Evans (Chair of the Cult Film Society)
