Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial Art known around the world for being benficial for health and longevity. Qigong is less well known but is actually more about developing good health than Tai Chi as it has no martial element.
Both of these are great skills to learn as they are, challenging, interesting but most importantly, skills designed to help support us through our lives.
Each week, the classes are open to all and both Tai Chi and Qigong are taught. The classes are group classes but each person is taught at their own individual pace so there is no chance of missing out if you cannot make a class.
The Tai Chi is energetic and powerful and the Qigong is calming and peaceful, but both skills are fun to learn.
