I have been taking the juice plus capsules since about October and have to say that I seem to have totally avoided all the flu and cold epidemic that has been going around this winter. I have sat next to so many people who were obviously suffering severe symptoms, I resigned myself to catching it. So far I seem to have avoided it. I can only think it is down to Juice Plus.

I have been using Juice Plus for over three years. I have not had a cold for this time and gererally feel healthy.I have lots of energy and vitality, have more clarity of thought and sleep better. Strangely enough I am actualy eating better and not craving junk. l I give Juice Plus 10/10.
