We stayed for 2 nights in January and couldn't fault our experience. The rooms were lovely with individual temperature control, a lovely powerful shower, haridryer, a selection of biscuits, flat screen TV and even a pillow menu amongst other things. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Overall a great hotel and lovely stay.

My first time stay at this hotel for conducting my business in the Preston area. A comfortable hotel in the city centre with the reception desk up on the first floor. Found all the staff morning and evening very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Nice bar and restaurant areas. Ate in one night and found no fault with the food. Will be back.
