Our Home is in Barrowford and I have been a customer of Helping Hands Home Services for (3-4 yrs ??) and the service we receive is excellent. The staff are always helpful, pleasant and polite and they are always here when they are expected they have never let us down. Suzanne the proprietor of the business is very conscientious and very organised, she has high standards and expects the same from her team and this shows in their work. We value the work that Suzanne and her team do for us in our home and it is great to have found a company who we can trust and rely on.

I would be delighted to recommend Helping Hands to anyone seeking a thorough and professional, caring cleaning service. In fact, I already have recommended to a very grateful friend who needed a deep clean on her mother's property which was being sold. There is nothing to fault. The team are very friendly but highly professional and come straight in and start work. They are always punctual and always efficient. If I ask for something specific, slightly different to last time, nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to oblige. My house is thoroughly cleaned to a high level hygienic and immaculate standard. The team know the methods of cleaning even delicate antiques and precious wooden furniture. They come here once every two weeks and I keep on top of it in between visits. This arrangement works for me but Suzanne will oblige with anyone's personal schedule. I love coming home after the team have been in because the whole house smells wond
erful and gleams. The team use their own products (all high quality) and their own cleaning equipment. I feel completely safe leaving the house as I know that Suzanne's team are honest and reliable. Even my cat likes them all! I particularly like their professional approach and I never have to check up on them or feel uncomfortable about not having time to sit down for a chat - this is a busy high standard cleaning team who will leave your home looking immaculate and being spotless.
