We don't have computer nerds at our office so what is really helpful is that we can rely on Charles at EMD Microsystems to send one of his nerdy experts to fix our computers when things go wrong. I have always found EMD to be very professional and great to deal with - they have helped me out loads of times with my computer problems.

We are too small a business to employ our own computer nerd/geeks.
So we use EMD who send one of theirs who fix the problems quietly and disappear. We do not even have to try to understand them.. lets face it who can or even wants to? We do not buy computers or major peripherals out of the box any more and have not done so for some time. Ok we can all buy cheaper on the web but who is available to sort out the problems of this interface clash or that software incompatabilty or whatever. You know the problems...

We are very good at what we do which is not computers or software.
Let EMD take the strain and pressures off your business and look after your computing needs.
