As you know, Countess fitted a new kitchen at Fairways a few years ago and last year you undertook extensive renovations at our new home, Mount Villa. This included a new kitchen and study, and opening up downstairs to create lounges, a bedroom and en-suite, and a small kitchen.
We are more than happy with the result, and were pleased to recommend Countess to our friends Eddie and Kath Howard who live in Cedar Field. We assured them that they would receive good service and creative ideas for their plans.
They came to see what you had done for us, and must have been impressed because I believe that Mick is working on their new kitchen at the moment.

Just a quick email to say how pleased we still are with our Countess kitchen. I love it and wouldn’t change a thing. It’s my favourite room in the house!
We were so pleased that we recommended your company to friends of ours and they have since had a kitchen fitted. Again, they were very pleased with theirs.

Everything went smoothly and without delay from the moment we walked through your showroom doors on May 7th, to completion of the fitting on 10th June. You certainly transformed our dream into reality.

We had visited many other bathroom companies before going to Countess. Not one of them seemed to have a plan which would work in our quite large bathroom One of the biggest problems seemed to be the existing airing cupboard that we were keen to keep and no one could incorporate and integrate this with bathroom furniture.
As soon I walked into Countess and met Steve Cowburn I knew that they were the people for the job. They design and make thier own units so everything fits and matches, working together in the room as a whole.

Steve came and measured, we went and viewed his designs in real size on a screen and were able to modify anything we wished. The final design was what we wanted and were happy with.

All the work was carried out to a high standard, the fitters knew what they were doing and were really nice people. Nothing was too much trouble. Since it was finished in August we have never had to call them back so that says a great deal.

We love the finished bathroom. Our shower is a joy, even having a seat which we never thought of. There a loads of matching cupboards, and we still have the airing cupboard, so that everything is put away and the finishing touch of the hidden pink glow lights gives such a warm feeling.

We probably paid more than we intended but then we have got a better bathroom than we ever thought we would have.

We had our bedroom converted to encompass an ensuite bathroom. Both Steve, for his design flair, and Michelle for all her help administratively, were invaluable to us. Steve could envisage how to do our job immediately. Mick who did all the conversion and fitting was brilliant, he just arrived and did the job, rare these days. He was a very clean and tidy worker too. I wouldnʼt hesitate to recommend Countess to anyone who needs a new bedroom or bathroom.
