Perhaps one of the most interesting tales arose when Lisa Clarke of Hedgehog Pie was preparing some wonderful catering for our last Business by the Sea event in Clevedon in November. Lisa has cooked for the Queen and has a fantastic photo of the Queen with Lisa's staff. Lisa was struggling to open this amazing photo file and Chris came to her rescue.
