My diary tells me that we are almost halfway through February and I have no idea where the first 1 1/2 months of the year have gone...... my intention this year was to blog my week on a Friday ....hmmmm ok well that hasn't happened. However its never too late to stat up the good intentions and although its only Thursday, I thought that I would pop an update in and then if I forget again tomorrow at least I have started as I mean to go on !!
Now i am a totally busy person, I am either flat out or flat out (literally) so the week so far has been no exception.
Monday 15th - caught up on a lot of paperwork and finalised the new packages for the Best of Portishead. Next step is to go to print so that gave me a buzz, that afternoon I met up with Gary Baker of Diamond Property and Management who recently joined 4N Clevedon. He has some great ideas on equity release and investment and as a property tycoon (in the making) I think its really exciting. Coffee 1 is a great spot in Clevedon for meetings as the coffee is super and the cheesecakes are too !
Tuesday 16th - met up with Emma Archer who works with me on Arbonne so we had a great catch up at David Lloyds in Long Aston to discuss the delicious products Arbonne produce and how to market them both as skin care range and as a fantastic business opportunity http://www.lizdunphy.myarbonne.co.uk
Wednesday 17th - my early rise for 4N Clevedon - I am group leader here and every fortnight I run the meeting. We had about 20 lively businesses as well as a presentation on Blogs from Mike Garner (Really Good Writing). The group is energetic and positive and there is a great buzz. We also had 2 sign ups which is good and brings new energy. Worth a visit if you haven't tried 4N and of course I am totally biased about my group but you will have an amazing time http://www.4networking.biz
I then moved down the road to Number 5 at Clevedon for an early lunch with Karen Thurley of Kendlebell. Kendlebell take my calls for me and they do a fantastic job. I think it has been 3 years now I have been using them - I had no idea how many business opportunities I was missing until I started using them ! http://www.kbswindon.co.uk As No 5 doesn't do lunch til 12pm and we were a trifle early at 11 am we had to settle for a selection of cakes (hmmmm - don't tell my personal trainer Lee !)
So that is the week til Wednesday, tomorrow is the installments for Thursday and Friday.....
