I would like to express my sincerest thanks to PC's Made simple and their sister company Simply Broadband. Mt ISP went bust (!!!!) of all things and Clifford went and did research on the best way to get me back online as soon as possible. He came up with not only a superb solution but I now have super fast broadband with speeds I had only dreamed of !Not only giving me a super fast & superb service in super fast time but Clifford loaned me a mobile dongle to keep my business online whilst he sorted it for me. Exceptional customer service and I will only use PC's made simple.

I am writing to express my sincerest thanks for repairing my PC recently over a Bank Holiday weekend. I called you for some advice which you gave me freely and it became apparent that although not an immediate priority it was quite urgent that my PC received attention from you.

You arranged to pick it up on a Friday evening, worked on it over the Bank Holiday and returned it to me for start of work on Tuesday. Like most businesses my PC is the life blood of my business and although I can survive just picking up e mails on my phone I do need the PC to work efficiently.

You seamlessly enabled this for me without an obvious break in the service to my customers.

I have no problems in recommending your services to anyone.

I've had occasion to call on Clifford's help on several occasions now. I'm impressed by his professionalism and speedy service but more than that, by his skill at diagnosing and fixing problems. As far as I'm concerned the man is a magician! I'm convinced he uses black magic!

I can't recommend PCs Made Simple highly enough to anyone who asks me and lots more who don't ask!
