A second post for Dave and Bayside! Dave who owns and operates Bayside BS helped my company PCs Made Simple out of a whole, being based in our house for the best part of 3 years as the business grew so did our need for a second line, to be able to seperate the house calls from the business calls. BTs quotes for this service was just unbelievable states hundreds of pounds for something that should be so simple. Dave and he wealth of solutions has now provided us with a VOIP solution which means my company line and number goes were we go so we will never miss a call again, this serivce has an amazing back end which a whole host of features covering all needs and the prices is pennies compared to what the big boys wanted

I am writing to thank you for the service that you have provided which I feel has been above and beyond the call of duty.
I was very impressed when you took over our Blackberry contract and managed to secure a deal that was more economical than our T-Mobile contract that we had for use in the UK and abroad, not to mention a coverage that was far superior.
However the true test of customer service is when something goes wrong. It was not your fault that my Blackberry got damaged, but over the last 3 weeks, whilst Vodafone and the insurance company were deciding whether it was a damage or a warrenty claim you personally ensured that I could continue my day to day business operation by providing a loan handset from your own stock.

We never realise how much we rely on our personal communications until we are faced with the fact that they are not on hand, especially when travelling abroad regularly as I do.
It is at this moment that the true value of dealing with you locally and not with someone over the internet or even direct with a larger telecomms provider.

It is also at this point that the true value of 'Word of Mouth' comes into focus. Had I not been introduced to you by another satisfied customer, I might have been without a phone for the last 3 weeks and to what impact on my business.
