You now owe 10,000 Trade Pounds to the Bartercard network, not the individual printer.
Over the following months, Bartercard members can come to the restaurant (meaning new business, networking opportunities and referrals) and this enables you to pay for your printing using meals and drinks via an interest free line of credit.
The printer can now use the Trade Pounds he has earned to buy office furniture, advertising, car repairs - in fact, a range of products and services from other Bartercard members.
