The workshop
The Evolve programme begins with a free 1 day workshop which will enable you to:
· Understand the impact of the new Equality Act on your business
· Develop more effective working practices
· Maximise the business benefits of diversity
Following completion of the workshop, you can gain access to a range of fully funded support specifically tailored to your business needs. For example we can assist you to:
· Update your policies and processes and bring them into line with the Equality Act 2010
· Ensure your recruitment processes are fair and equal
· Develop a strategy for diversifying your customer base
· Access impartial support to help implement remote working practices (further financial assistance is also available to eligible organizations)
· Help you understand the current legal framework and introduce a system to manage requests to work flexibly.
