The welcoming staff and professionalism of the Osteopaths are second to none, also the fact that there are complientary treatments available like sport massage and reflexology is a bonus.
I have had treatment from the osteopath Angela Cavil who is really professional,pleasant and so helpful,and also the sport massage specialist Laura Capper who again was really good at her job and has a pleasant manner, between them i got back to my Marathon training and went on to get a good time in my race due to them successfully treating me.

I have been visiting Angela and her Team for many years. I can remember my first appointment - it was a shock to the system, but afterwards I felt as if I was floating down Gelliwastad Road - having been released from pain I had been in for sometime. Angela treated me throughout my second pregnancy - during which I had a number of back and pelvic problems. And she got me feeling a bit more back to 'normal' after the birth. It never fails to amaze me how she always gets straight to the problem area. If you are suffering - make an appointment ! Not only will you receive a professional and friendly service, in addition to your appointment (which will most likely make you feel so much better) you will also come away with advice and guidance that will help you either solve the problem or significantly alleviate your symptoms.

I have been treated by the practice for some 15 years. My own GP has 'written off' one of my problems as untreatable BUT it has been cured by 2/3 sessions at the Pontypridd Osteopathic clinic.

Some 23 years ago after suffering from the pain of slipped discs in my neck and back for over 20 years, I was finally retired on the grounds of ill health. At the time it did not seem that I had that many years left, But I noticed that an osteopath had set up in Market Square. I saw a young Angela who said that my back was a mass of tight muscles, all in spasm. She started to work on them, sometimes it was two steps forward and one step back, she persisted and after some six months, my back was functioning properly for the first time in many years. I had a new life. Now, apart from minor mishaps, and with regular visits to Angela and her team, I live a reasonable healthy life. Over the years Angela has become a friend as well as an osteopath. The friendly atmosphere at the clinic adds to my feelings of good health. I thank God that it works for me.

I would recommend this practice, I wouldn't go any where else. Osteopathy has got me back into work so many times, thanks Angela and team.
