I've been a member at a lot of gyms and none of them have made me feel as welcome or have had such a great vibe as One to One. The friendly staff and first class equipment make for the best experience. Exercising doesn't have to be a chore when there's somewhere like One to One who are ready to help you on your way.

One-to-one gym has everything, from classes,free-weights,cardio room and sauna. The staff there are very helpful who are always there to help if you need any assistant,there is no pressure on you to participate in any classes, you can choose what you want to do. It is run by very experiences people who know the ins and outs of the business.

I love going to one to one gym due to thier great equipment, friendly staff and one of the best environments/atmosphere i have experienced to train in. Really gets you motivated. Would highly recomend to anyone.

This gym has the personal touch, with family friendly staff. It has good equipment, and loads of free classes included in the membership. Even has a cafe for that relaxing coffee, or even a protein shake after training.

One to One Gym Ltd has a fantastic array of free, cable and weight machines. A good variety of classes and cardio machines. The staff are very knowledgable and always ready to help or give advice. It has a fab atmosphere and I look forward to each workout there.

This is a Gym with a difference, one that really cares and takes true care of each member.

Plus I have to say it is probably one of the best fitness centres around for facilities and price. I have not found a better price for the services that are on offer from 121.

Very impressed with 121 gym, based at Pontypridd, that I visited tonight, real value for money, run by a guy who knows his stuff!

Dave the owner is a friendly and approachable guy, he has true vision and passion for his business and how to help those who want to achieve success in their own lives via fitness and well being!

And the best part is he is truly reasonable with his prices in fact he is to cheap but don't tell him, just in case he puts the prices up.

I am looking towards losing 4 stone myself (a real fat git) and I think I have found my motivator!

One of the best valets i have ever had done, the shampoo inside was great removed all the stains from the seats, outside i had a few marks on the paintwork but with machine polishing all gone!

I just had to go online and feedback about this gym I have struggled with my weight and keeping fit for years. I joined just over six months ago and feel amazing the team are fully supportive and keep me motivated in all aspects of my regime including my diet and I look bettter than ever! The facilities are amazing too, it is always clean, the equipment is state of the art and there is enough to go around so no having to waste time waiting for equipment to become free which ensures the little time I have is well spent while I am there. This is the best gym I have ever been to.

Membership packages are the best I've ever seen for a gym with so much to offer. A great place to get fit and healthy. Well worth checking out and definitely worth a recommendation.
