Port of Plymouth Regatta Week offers superb competitive racing for all classes of dinghies and yachts on Plymouth Sound including one day of Rookie Racing for the less experienced young sailor.
For the first time, RYA J80 Interclub Matchracing gives local teams the opportunity to battle it out in one-design qualifiers on the afternoons of Monday 26 July to Wednesday 28 July 2010 with the final on the evening of Champagne Race Day - Thursday 29 July.
Champagne Race Day also offers local skippers a day race to an offshore buoy with accompanying feeder races from neighbouring ports culminating in the J80 finale in front of Plymouth Hoe.
With the spectacular Plymouth Hoe location from which to survey the racing and evening entertainment and shoreside events to match, Plymouth Regatta is the place to be for skippers, their crews and families from 24 July 2010.
