We'll be looking at all aspects of yoga. The focus will be on traditional yoga postures (Asana) but we shall also take some time to look at breathing and relaxation techniques.
During the Asanas we work on balance, core strength and using the breath to help us stretch deeply into the muscles. I give gentle reminders to help foster the mind, body connection so that we stay totally present and mindful of where our minds and bodies are.
It's lovely to have a class with people at a range of levels. Beginners can look to those more experienced for inspiration, hints and tips and the more experienced enjoy the energy from those who are just starting out
Classes are 1 hour and cost £8 per session.
