We use breathing techniques (prananyama) to quieten the mind and increase oxygen flow to your body and your baby to help development. We will also go through a series of gentle yoga movements to strengthen and increase your own suppleness (asana). These movements are also great for helping any swelling, blood pressure levels and lymphatic drainage. A little time is also given to meditation so we can relax and collect our thoughts.
