This was my first visit to Madhuban. The restaurant was very busy, even at 11pm. The menu was varied and contained a variety of proper Indian and Anglisised meals. The food was well presented and very tasty. Not the brightly coloured mush that is common in Indian food. Service was just right, not over the top yet there when wanted. The restaurant is very open plan with lots of large tables. Consequently it was noisy and it wouldn't be a place to go for a quiet meal. Overall, I'd happily go again

This was our first visit to Madhuban in Liss - we were immediately shown to our table, with drinks and appetisers quickly following. Service was friendly and efficient; the food was delicious - probably the best Indian food we have had. This is definitely going to be one of our regular haunts!

We haven't been to Madhuban in Liss for some time so we were pleasantly surprised to see the new decor. It's very smart and up market. The food was as expected, very good in general. I went for the chef's signature dish but was a little disappointed as I was told it was medium spiced but it tasted very mild. The rest of the party enjoyed their food. Value was good. £13.95 for a bottle of Pinot Grigio; £1.60 for a small soft drink. Each main course was around £8. Total bill for 4 was £85.

Working in the area for a week and was recommended this restaurant by a colleague. There were four for dinner that night and we were impressed with the tasteful decor. friendly staff and most of all the food. We had a selection of vegetarian dishes, a nice bottle of sav blanc followed by the usuall frozen desert. The bill, we thought, was reasonable and although we stayed quite late the staff were happy to accommodate us. Would I recommend this to a friend, absolutely!

Last night I went to the Madhuban in Liss with my family. The restaurant is tastfully presented with knowledgable staff. The dinning experience was delightful. The food was so tasty and good portion sizes. I would describe this as a comtemporary restaurant. From reading the menu which is extensive, this is a family run business. I'll definately be back, soon.

Madhuban, Liss, near Petersfield. A delicious meal, with excellent, attentive, but unobtrusive service. The darjeeling "dry" chicken tikka was a particular highlight, amongst many.

The Madhuban Restaurant is outstanding. The food and service is second to none, the decor is of a very high standard which is complimented by a friendly atmosphere.
We have had many superb evenings with friends and many relaxed Sundays with our family.
