I would like to say that you have provided me with a first class service. I have always been somewhat suspicious of Financial Advisors as they have had a bad press in the past for only suggesting products on which they can make most money, not providing the customer with the best deal. In your case you have shown your real independence by attempting to arrange my mortgage with two different providers. The first one did not materialise when they changed their rules. The work you undertook on my behalf with the second provider has given me what I need under my particular circumstance of being pasted 60. Trying to obtain a mortgage directly from any of the banks or building societies proved futile as I did not fit into any of their standard formats for lending purposes. This mainly due to their feckless lending in the past and the current FSA rules and regulations imposed since the crash of 2008. I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone needing mortgage or other finance. Without your help I would have been forced into an expensive bridging loan which would have cost me double the interest and other costs of the mortgage you have arranged. Many thanks one again.
