ABOUT FFC - Football For Cancer is a charity fundraising event that was founded in 2008. Its first event was in aid of Mary Curie Cancer Care and raised around £14,000. This year's event is in aid of the Rosemary Foundation, a local charity and one that we are very keen to support. With your help we hope to raise over £30,000 for the Foundation which is entirely dependent on charitable donations.
Each player buys their place for £100 followed by a target of £200 through sponsorship. The first 120 players who secure their place are automatically selected for the teams. Each team has been sponsored by local companies. The player named Man of the Match in the final will receive a fantastic prize from Portsmouth Football Club.
The final is being played this year at Petersfield Football Club, Love Lane on Bank Holiday Monday, 2nd May - we hope to see you all there!

FFC is looking for sponsorship for match programmes. Please contact Footballforcancer@gmail.com if you would like to make a donation and use one of these spaces. If you think that are able to offer something else whether equipment, time, money, expertise please send in an email. they are looking to get as many people involved as possible. ANY and ALL donations are welcome. If you are unable to help with things such as playing in the matches, or donations please feel free to turn up on the night to support the players and this wonderful cause.
