Upon joing the Fitness Station I was given a full induction and a workout plan. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out. The equipment is good and they also run various classes. Great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

I consider the Fitness Station to be the best independent gym in the city. Friendly staff who are always willing to help, a wide range of gym equipment suitable for beginners and more experienced gym goers, young and old. The gym is also a one stop shop for buying a wide range of sports supplements.
