Training:

Data Protection training is one of the most important compliance measures for your organisation. This is because it is impossible to demonstrate a good level of data protection compliance if your employees handling personal data have not been trained.

Compliance:
If your company has not addressed the issue of data protection compliance KPG Professional Services can assist with identifying the compliance needs of your company and drafting and implementing the required compliance documents. After the initial consultation, a proposal outlining the suggested stages of a data protection project will be provided; we will then work with you on an implementation plan.

Audits
In order for your company to identify:

1.the different types of personal data which it holds;
2.the purposes for which is uses such data;
3.the types of individual on which it holds personal data;
4.who the data is disclosed to; and
5.how the data is protected it is advisable for a data protection audit to be carried out.

KPG Professional Services can assist with carrying out an audit and produce a report illustrating the results. Once the results have been reviewed, the compliance issues and the measures required to address such issues can be identified.

Notification:
If you process personal data it is quite likely you are a Data Controller and your company should notify the Office of the Information Commissioner, KPG Professional Services can assist you with the notification process; we can either carry out the notification process for your company or we can assist and guide you through the process.
