I can recommend their pork burgers (Lovely). There is something new every day at Hunters.
Been in Kinross over 2 years and found the service in the shop to be excellent, very clean and the quality of all products are unbeatable.
Absolutely first class, helpful, good choice. I have never bought anything that was not excellent.
Humour and Banter matches first class quality meat and other products. Well worth a visit
Helpful, friendly and fun staff. Great variety of high quality products that are well presented. A fantastic local service that recognises the importance of personal customer care as well as offering support to many local activities such as the local rugby and cricket clubs.
I am 62 and have always preferred fresh meat produce and when Iain Hunter came to Kinross and opened a few years ago I think it is the best thing since sliced bread! The glass cabinet is abundantly full with choice after choice after choice and at least one thing new every week. I always tell my out of Kinross friends about this butcher shop and my brother and sister in law come from Kincardine for this produce. Iain and his staff are excellent and I am quite sure that if there is anything that one is not pleased with, then they will replace free of charge. They are always cheery and very, very helpful. I'm not the best of cooks but just run something past Iain or any of his staff and they will oblige by saying how long to cook for etc etc. I cannot imagine missing a shop there at least once a week. Well done Hunters of Kinross.
If like me you are not use to going into Butchers and don't know what it is you want - then Hunters of Kinross is for you. The staff in the shop will give you advice on want to buy and how best to cook it and because the stock local produce as well as quality meat you don't have to go anywhere else.
