A case study will show you how Tutsan are different.
Business A desperately needs more customers, so we are working on a sales process the business owner can manage himself. We have identified that they can supply other businesses as well as end users, so immediately another market has opened up. To achieve this the client will need:
- a website upgrade
- sales collateral materials
- some staff training in other areas to give the client the time he needs
- management training
- sales training
The key to making this work is an integrated approach. In this case just writing some sales letters or hiring a salesman will not work because it would just create more work for the business owner who is already overloaded.
The work we have done includes;
Working with the website designers to make sure the site will do what the client wants.
Design of marketing materials
Changing some job roles
Training and supporting the client to make the changes he wants.
We used our network of specialists to help deliver. All within an agreed budget.
Our aim is to make ourselves redundant.
If you think this kind of approach could benefit your business we can come out for a free no obligation discussion. Call us now

I went full time with my PC Rescue (my PC Repair and Support business) in June 2011. I first went to the Entrepreneurs circle meeting a couple of months later, for three reasons: a) you seemed to know what you were talking about, but weren't some aloof, elitist know-it-all b) it was a free initial meeting, what did I have to lose, it deserved a chance c) people who know me will tell you I am quite bright but lack direction! After the first meeting, my head was full of ideas, I felt motivated, and I felt more positive about my business than I'd ever felt. I always knew that the success or failure of a business is down to the actions or inactions of the owner, but the negativity that seems so prevalent today is quite hard to fight against. Since my first meeting with you, my monthly turnover has trebled. I put most of this down to an increased self-belief, which in turn has led to me asking for more business from people, and for using many ways to keep in touch with existing customers and encouraging them to refer me to others. I have always bent over backwards to ensure customers are happy with my service. There are so many things still to do, but one important thing I've done is; I write out a weekly timetable, with what I plan for each day. The first hour is for thinking. It might extend to 90 minutes as Nigel suggests, but I don't book any PC repair callouts for this first hour. On this timetable, I include posting to Facebook, adding to my Blog, reading email, doing leaflet distribution etc. The other thing I like about the Entrepreneurs Circle is that the advice is more practical and relevant than any other I have experienced. Thanks and best regards Adam PC Rescue
Testimonial for Chris Olchawski/Entrepreneurs Circle My name is Michael Thomas, I am 20 years of age and live in Letterston, Pembrokeshire. I first thought about starting my own business whilst coaching rugby to school kids in New Zealand. I had the idea of running team building sessions specifically for kids. I had some great ideas but was completely flummoxed and daunted by the thought of pulling this off. I was invited along to an Entrepreneurs Circle monthly meeting in November 2011. I went with an open mind, hoping to learn something. The meeting was run by Chris Olchawski, who I was very impressed with. He spoke lots of sense and got me excited about what could be achieved by starting a business. Not long afterwards, I had joined up to the E.C. and found myself in Birmingham listening to Nigel Botterillâs inspiring talk about confidence. This really struck a chord with me and I was soon planning something new (in fact I planned it on the journey back, in the dark!). Two weeks later I was a guitar teacher with 11 clients! (Not magic, I already played guitar). I now have 15 and a waiting list. This would not have happened had I not attended the meeting with Chris Olchawski in November. Simple as that. I recommend the Entrepreneurs Circle to anyone who wants to make things happen in their business. It has worked wonders for me, and it is great to be able to spend time around like minded people who believe in moving forward! Kind regards Michael Thomas P.S. 30 minutes ago I took my first booking for my team building sessions, a 6 week program in a local primary school! Hooray!
âChris worked with me to improve my selling skills. He isnât a typical salesman and taught me how to build up relationships with potential clients rather than scare them away with hard selling tactics.. Heâs a nice guy and very easy to work with. He was always on hand to give me support and guidance as I took my first steps into the world of selling and I got great results from the contacts Iâve made. He has a very gentle touch for those of us who find selling a really daunting prospect, â
