Having had a meeting with Richard in 2011 to discuss my finances, based on the advice given I was happy to take out some investments with the company. Communication is very good between us (face to face, email and phone). This could have been a problem as I work away from home, sometimes abroad. Meetings have always been punctual. Based on the knowledge and information I will be continuing with Richard even though these are difficult financial times.
