Apex has been cleaning our holiday lets for the last fifteen years and has never put a foot wrong.
Their standard of cleaning is extremely high, their staffs are well trained, through and very pleasant and they leave my holiday home in perfect condition for incoming guests.
In addition, they provide an invaluable and most professional trouble shooting service. My guests are always safe in their hands whether the problem is cobweb, the need for a baby’s cot, renewal of a gas supplier , or indeed finding a boiler maintenance man who was available during the time of the county show. Nothing daunts them, nothing fazes them, and they just get things fixed.

Apex Cleaning Services have been undertaking the regular cleaning regime at Pembrokeshire association of voluntary services premises in Haverfordwest for over seven years. These are public access premises and as such, present particular problems and issues for any cleaning team. Apex Cleaning Services have always provided us with an excellent service, going just that extra mile to ensure that everything is undertaken to a really good standard. The cleaning teams are unobtrusive, discreet and trustworthy and all the staff we have come into contact with are very pleasant and helpful. In addition to our regular cleaning requirements, we have had special cleaning work done at our premises and on carpets etc and the services provided are very good value for money and are promptly and well carried out. We value our relationship with Apex Cleaning services and would be pleased to recommend them to others.

Apex Cleaning Services have helped us enormously with running of our holiday cottage since we first enlisted their services in 2008. The standard of the cleaning has always been high, but for us the difference is the fact that we can call (from a considerable distance away), should there be any problem at the property, 7 days a week. They have assisted us and our tenants with all manner emergencies and less pressing issues, covering electrical, plumbing and even waste disposal- of course this all contributes to the quality of our clients visit to Pembrokeshire.
