I guess that at 67 i'm one of Danny wolff's older clients, if not THE very eldest, and he's been my personal fitness trainer for the past 2.5 years, during which time i've maintained brilliant health, successfully fought off putting on weight, substantially increased my fitness, flexibility & stamina (even completed my 1st 10km run continuously!), countered the upward creep of blood pressure, become & look stronger, AND (probably best of all), gained the admiration of women half my age, let alone other friends, family and my GP! :-)
Danny & other Wolff Fitness staff who've also trained me (Dan Buda, Phil & John) are professional in every way, especially in their impressive relevant knowledge of the body, and always work towards getting the best improvement from me while ensuring that I don't over-strain let alone seriously injure myself.
My semi-secret goal? - to become the world's oldest parkourist (ie free runner), with vaulting, leaping, & even summersaulting - i live in hope! :-)
