I had always wanted a personal trainer but had heard of so many horror stories of trainers who were moody and unreliable. Suzy arrived each and every day on time with a smile on her face and enthusiasm in her voice. Always a fun experience and worth every penny.
I tried numerous personal trainers, none of which worked out for me. However I found Suzy completely different! She kept me motivated and enthusiastic. In fact I enjoyed my sessions so much I added more to my fitness regime. If you want to lose weight or just get fitter I strongly recommend Prime Body Fitness. I loved it!!!!
I have known that I have had a serious back condition (a cracked lumbar spine) for three years now. I have had advice and training on the correct exercises previously but Suzy has been my personal trainer for the last six months. During this time I can see and feel a huge improvement. In fact I feel rather like I have been let out of a corset (of stiff back muscles not working)! I also look better. She has been persistent in sticking to a programme especially designed to correct postural faults and weakness in specific muscles caused by my condition. It has really helped me and now I am stronger and more flexible. I shall continue with Suzy as my trainer because I feel that her exercises really produce results.
I wanted to tone up, slim down & be body confident in my wedding dress. I definitely achieved my goal. Losing fat was great & I felt amazing in my wedding dress. Each session was different & although it was hard work it was very rewarding. I learnt a whole range of new exercises which make my own workouts less dull. I felt the fittest I've ever been, which is remarkable having done gymnastics, rugby & hockey throughout my life, as well as studying a Sports Science degree, I didn’t think I would be taught anything I didn’t already know. However Suzy gave excellent advice on nutrition; how to work & fuel my body so I could perform well at each session & she advised me on the kinds of exercises to do in between sessions. Suzy was encouraging & made me believe in myself – it very much felt like a joint effort. She enabled me to finally take control of my body issues & feel comfortable in my own skin. When I look at my wedding photos I can’t actually believe it's me, they're great!!
I have known Suzy on a professional level for several years and highly value her as my Personal Trainer. She is extremely approachable, knowledgable & professional. During other fitness pursuits I have sustained several injuries (some chronic) Suzy has been instrumental in my successful recovery from these. She keeps me on track & motivated, ensuring I maintain & improve my overall strength & fitness in a sensible structured way. I cannot praise her highly enough. My personal training experience has been brilliant, due to my excellent trainer, Suzy Olivier. I've been training for 3 months now and at every session Suzy is very enthusiastic, encouraging and passionate. She always does her best to fit my sessions at times that are best for me and creates a new and interesting programme for every session, which makes me work to my maximum ability. I leave feeling motivated and as though I am working well towards achieving my personal goals. As well as being trained, I'm gaining a lot of knowledge, which I then use to help with my personal workouts in and out of the gym. Suzy has also helped me with my diet ensuring that it is correct for me to achieve my goals and lead a healthy lifestyle. I feel as though I'm gaining so much from my sessions and Suzy’s brilliant training and knowledge has even given me the passion for a future career in fitness.I plan to continue training with Suzy for a long time and highly recommend Suzy as a trainer.
I have used Suzy for personal training on a couple of occasions to whip my butt back in to shape. Suzy is friendly and in tune to your needs and desires. She looks like an angel but dont be fooled, each time you come out of your session you will have worked hard, be closer to the body you want and have an increase in knowledge on what nutritional intake will get you there. Getting the body you desire is not an easy task. However, with hard work and commitment and real expectations and training plans designed for you from Suzy, you will be closer to acheiving the body you deserve to have. Thanks Suzy.Karen D
WOW!! These guys are fantastic. I took me 8 different personal trainers in Oxford before I hired Suzy and her team and what a gem! Suzy not only whipped me into shape, she educated me about my diet, my chronic low back pain and my knee replacement, so I now know and understand how to manage my health and fitness. After all my injuries and ailments (and age!) I never thought I could feel this good. Big 10/10 for these guys!

Prime Body Fitness make getting fit, staying fit and feeling fit fun. I first went to Suzy in October 2009, having had my second baby in that July. Over the next few months I lost weight, toned up, and learned a lot about the nutritional side of things in terms of how to look after my body better, and keep the weight off - which has come from Suzy's holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. This has all been done without me once being made to feel anything other than truly "worked" after a good training session! I feel that I have been really motivated by the way in which Suzy works with me, and I enjoy her friendly and encouraging approach. I received Personal Training vouchers for my birthday and I chose Suzy to do my personal training as her vibrant and enthusiastic personality inspired me to choose her from the fitness team. She encouraged me to achieve my full potential whilst making each session different and challenging. We used a variety of equipment and methods. I feel I have learnt a lot from my sessions with Suzy, and I’d really like to continue if I have the change to again.
I was a regular gym goer, but I had reached a plateau in my training, only doing the exercises that I enjoyed and not losing any weight. Having entered Hell Runner, a 12 mile off road run over hills and through bogs, I needed to address this fast. “Suzy sessions” twice a week soon took the situation in hand and I lost half a stone in fat and made substantial muscle gains. I completed the 12 miles of hell in 1 hr 34minutes all thanks to Suzy! I am now focused on staying trim and improving on my Hell Runner time this year.
I have been training with Suzy since the end of January and have been extremely impressed with her professionalism, manner and enthusiasm - not to mention the results. Suzy has been very conscientious about developing training programmes specifically for me and adjusting them as my fitness level has improved, allowing me to see constant progression. Her programmes have been designed for me with my goals in mind and always take in to account what I like and dislike. My diet needed a look at so Suzy asked me to do food diaries, which has helped me so much, all the way Suzy has been monitoring my food and educating me about how to eat well. She constantly challenges me and cheers me on, keeping my spirits up. I have never felt more motivated and positive about exercise than when I am working out with Suzy!
Suzy - "The quiet assassin".Suzy always challenges you almost without you realising it to get results. She is never judgmental but always encouraging, setting realistic goals and with good nutritional advice to go with your programme. This has been particularly important for me as I have wanted to get back into shape slowly having had my second baby... so far so good!
A few months ago, having set myself the challenge of walking the Pennine Way, I was looking for a Personal Trainer to get me into shape for the task.I was drawn to Suzy’s ‘holistic’ philosophy of functional training and nutritional awareness. 5 months down the line, I am thrilled with the results. Some small tweaks to my diet and a structured and varied exercise programme have resulted in vastly improved fitness and strength. Suzy’s friendly and professional style is encouraging but demanding. Training sessions are always focused and relevant, with frequent fitness checks to ensure goals are being achieved.Having been a regular ‘gym goer’ for all my adult life, it is a real testament to Suzy’s skills that I have never felt fitter or more thoroughly prepared for a physical challenge.
