Oxford City Football Club has a long local history dating back to 1882.  It was the premier club in Oxfordshire until 1950, and has remained at the heart of the Oxford community.

Oxford City Football Club has a host of football successes under its belt.  They were the Amateur Cup winners in 1906 and FA Vase finalists in 1995 and are the holders of 3 FA cup records!

Apart from its 1st Team, currently in Division One of the Southern League, Oxford City Football Club is Oxfordshire's largest participation football club with well over two hundred players donning the "blue hoops" including:

  • Oxford Quarry Nomads

  • Oxford City Colts - Under 7s through to Under 17s
  • Oxford City Girls - Under 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s

The introduction of the Oxford City Development College will offer formal football coaching to the under 18s at the club giving Oxford's youngsters the opportunity to develop their football careers to their full potential.
