Your personal involvement in the preparation of the initial drawings, your willingness to modify them to meet any second thoughts we might have had and the manufacture and installation of the units themselves was indicative of a truly professional team working wholeheartedly to achieve customer satisfaction. In saying this, we should not overlook the skills of your carpenters, of the plumber and the electrician and of course the care and attention displayed throughout by Mark when dismantling the old and replacing with the new.
