Via the BLUE® helpline, your legal team will give you up to a total of 20 minutes FREE time on a particular enquiry. In our experience this is long enough to deal with most enquiries that crop up. If your enquiry is more complex we may spend longer on it with you.
It may be that legal advice over the helpline is not enough of a solution for you and that formal legal work is required. If that is the case, then we will quote a price for that work and you are FREE to "shop-around".
You will only be liable for any fees if you agree these in advance.
