Cleaning is more than cleanliness. It makes an impact on the earth and approached in the right way, can be of essence for our wellbeing. In order to care for our living and working spaces effectively we need to know about both the spiritual and technical aspects of cleaning and tidying. Cleaning in a green and efficient way requires us to have the
appropriate skill and knowledge and ideally the right equipment. A clean space gives a good feeling but more importantly, having cleaned it the right way, one feels satisfied rather than exhausted.
So far, people have been encouraged to enjoy cleaning with my simple but effective method of chemical free cleaning. My approach to cleaning does not only make a space cleaner, it "penetrates" the surfaces leaving the cleaner and the space stress free.
At my workshop you learn how to:
*engage with your space in a creative way
*move consciously to avoid exhausting yourself
*use any equipment for good results without chemicals
*use microfibres specifically
*use a mop ergonomically correctly
*maintain a good level of cleanliness without getting obsessed with it
High quality equipment and materials will be available at a 10% discount when bought or ordered at the workshop. It is not a requirement for participants to buy equipment.
Light refreshments available.
