FULLY QUALIFIED THERAPISTS
Rachel Pittaway qualified with the Oxford School of Reflexologists, is an associate member of the Royal School of Medicine and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council; she completed her Hopi Ear Candle training.
Fiona Robinson qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist at the Clifton Practice in Bristol, one of the leading complementary health practices in the South West, where she gained a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), which is externally accredited. She is fully insured and is also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and Association for Solution Focused Therapy.
Prior to practising as a Hypnotherapist, Fiona was a Registered Nurse for over 25 years, more recently working in the community. In 2004, she qualified as a professional Life Coach with the Coaching Academy; going on to qualify as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist as it is similarly solution focused work with the added benefit of hypnosis.
Fiona says that her overall aim is to offer clients an understanding and a belief that it is possible to live a happy and contented life, starting from where they are now. She particularly values working with clients who are experiencing anxiety and stress in their lives, because this includes many people at some point in their lives; and the flip side: that of feeling calm and in control can be a revelation to some, especially after years of suffering from anxiety and believing this to be their 'lot'.
Hypnotherapy clinics are available during the day, Tuesdays and Fridays
Alan Wick HPD DHP CBT(Hyp) MNCH(Reg) is a full member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and by default, the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO), and as such subscribes to their code of ethics.
