Had a bowling party for my son on the weekend at The Venue. The children had a fab time and said it was the best party ever! The food was yummy and hot delivered to the table and the staff where very attentive and even though their was other parties on i felt that we werent rushed and the children were able to take their time and enjoy their food.

The Menu choice was fab with the usual childrens meals but was nice to see something different such as curry or spag bol and to be able to choose mash potato as an alternative to chips.

The price per head was very reasonable and i will definately booking again for next year as it caters for all ages. My daughter is three in December and im going to do a softplay party for her and then my sons already requesting a football party next year!

Thank you for a great party The Venue and putting a smile on my little boys face! :)

We have just had our wedding reception at The Venue and we and all the other guests had a fantastic time, reasonable food and drink prices, really helpful staff, the function manager sorted out a DJ for us and she and the other staff spent hours helping us to set up and decorate the function room the night before, the night ran like clockwork, largely due to the staff and their helpful attitudes. I would definitely recommend The Venue for any type of function :)

Great place to take children of all ages. I love it best in the week when it is a little quieter or bowling at the weekends which is great value for money. Decent coffee and good food. A very relaxing and pleasant place to spend an hour or two.

I came to use the soft play area for my children - which I find much cleaner than some soft play centres. I also like to catch up with other mums over a coffee an pick up some What's On leaflets.
