We asked Su Casa to provide the catering for our Christmas party for all the family, and it was absolutely wonderful. The empanadillas and the seafood paella were my favourites but it was all really tasty. Tim was helpful with lots of advice, and he took all the mess away with him - brilliant. I would certainly ask him to come and do another party for us.

Su Casa cooked some of the best food that I've ever tasted, the paella, aubergine bake and madrid vegetable stew were amazing, not the usual dull vegetarian fayre.

Lovely food and great service from Tim & Sarah as always.

The empanadas, homemade tapenades and other tapas were delicious and would have been a great feast alone but we were then treated to a huge seafood paella with other delicious dishes, fantastic!

Really enjoyed the fact that the dishes were all cooked from scratch by the chef. The tapas selection that was served to us was great and to then have such a choice of main dishes was excellent, I had to go back for seconds as the beef dish was delicious. Great food and a really pleasant evening all round, would recommend to everyone.

Tim's Spanish Chicken is excellent and recently tried his Beef in Cider (can't remember the Spanish name for it, sorry Tim), it was outstanding and his empanadas are very moreish. Tim and Sarah are always excellent caterers, both with their food and service, when we have had them at our functions and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants that special something for their evening.

I first met the folks at Su Casa at the Glansevern Hall Food Festival last year and was taken aback by how fresh and flavoursome the Spanish cuisine Tim and Ali were cooking was. Since then I have partaken in Su Casa's exquisite fare on numerous occasions and have recommended them to many a passer-by at Shows and indeed as an event caterer to 3 or 4 of my friends. In addition to the food Tim and Ali cook up they are always willing to have a chat and a joke whilst cooking right in front of you. I cannot recommend these two highly enough. As a last thought they are always polite, high spirited and a real pleasure to be around. A real credit to The Best of Oswestry and themselves.

Recently attended one of Su Casa's evenings at Gilhams, it was fabulous! Really lovely choice of food. I would go again.

I had Tim and Sarah at a party recently and it was great! Fresh ingredients of the highest quality, everyone there commented on how great it was. We will have to think of another reason to have them again, keep it up!

Su Casa did the food for my friends 18th birthday, she's a vegetarian and was so pleased with the wide selection of dishes available to her, and I loved the Spanish Chicken!

Just been to another party catered by Su Casa, yet again great food and service with another array of fab dishes.

Su Casa were great! Tim came to the house and set up cooking so there was a wonderful aroma when guests arrived. All we had to do was supply the venue! Wonderful array of entrees plus 3 different main courses - plenty for everyone to have a bit of each with seconds. Tasted wonderful. Would recommend to everyone - small family gatherings to large parties.

The food at Su Casa @ Gillhams has been excellent every time I have been. As a vegetarian I was amazed at just how far Tim went to ensure that I enjoyed my meal. He cooked me my own pumpkin pie which I have to say was delicious! Not only is the food delicous but the surrounds and staff make the evening very special too. We will be back!

Thank you Su Casa for taking the stress out of catering our big event, to be able to host our celebration, spend more time with our guests and then to enjoy such fantastic food and service was a joy. To watch them cooking your food as you and your guests watch is such a unique experience and shows how fresh and authentic the food is. We had the Spanish feast menu but Tim told us they also do Italian, French, Cuban and a new American menu so we are thinking of excuses now to use Su Casa again! Many thanks Tim & the Su Casa team x

I have been to a few evenings where Su Casa have catered for. Excellent food, excellent service and they have made the evening enjoyable and relaxing. Why cook yourself when it can all be done for you, leaving you free to mix with your guests knowing that at the end of the evening every one has had a wonderful evening, and no washing up.

Recommend - food was great. Just try the paella!

We used Su Casa for a dinner party at our home, we couldn't seat 50 guests so their more informal, relaxed style of catering worked so well for us. We had a great selection of Spanish Tapas as a buffet starter then 3 delicious main dishes which Tim & Sarah cooked for us as our guests watched. All the food was delicious & so much of it! Su Casa are unique caterers, to have freshly cooked food of that quality that is so authentic and delicious was a real treat. For value for money and a quality of food that you wouldn't expect from a caterer I would recommend them to all my friends. Thank you Su Casa for making our dinner party a huge success.
