The Oswestry Food and Drink Festival will be 6 YEARS OLD this coming July! The festival is organised by The Best Of Oswestry and is free to enter and everyone is welcome!
The lovely market town of Oswestry has a superb network of locally produced food and drink with excellent local retailers and of course the famous Oswestry Market which is the place to visit to sample the delights of locally produced food and drink.
At this years Festival you will be able to sample many varieties of food and drink including locally produced:-
- Beers
- Wine
- Cheeses
- Bread
- Meat
- Fish
- Puddings
- Herbs
- Pies
- Cakes
- ...and Squirrel.
Along with the mouth watering displays on offer there are many events to keep everyone entertained throughout the weekend, last years festival had the following events:-
- TV and Local Chef demonstrations
- Photography exhibitions
- Competitions
- Grow Your Own stalls
- ...and whatever we make up along the way. :)
