The friendly, efficient service from Wayne and Neil (relative newcomer, I know!) has never been anything other than excellent throughout that time. They not only offer expertise and considered advice, they're also willing to go that extra mile to make you feel like you're the only customer they've dealt with that day! I have been working from home in Oswestry for over 10 years now and could not have done it without the support and advice that I receive from Micro Plus computers. I'm not a "big" customer by any standards but from buying ink cartridges to sorting out problems with networks/routers/broadband - they are unfailing prompt, polite and pleasent and, more importantly, they will always put in that extra little bit of effort to ensure that your problem is completely solved making you feel valued as a customer.

I always find the staff at Microplus Oswestry to be so friendly and helpful. They always try to explain the problems in plain English without talking down to you. To a person who doesn't understand the internal workings of computers this can be very pleasing. Their prices are always very competitive which means that you haven't got to travel to Shrewsbury or Wrexham. I would and have recommended them to my relatives and friends.

the young man on the desk is very polite and pleasent always more than helpfull.orders arrive quickly. the only negative is when shop is busy maybe other staff behind the scenes could come out and help the young man in question instead of ignoring the bell!!!!
