When I walked in I was greeted by a smile and a very warming hello. I only went to go and look but ended up buying a cuddly toy and a pram toy. This shop is so colourful and bright the prices are reasonable. All the staff are helpful and kind and I felt very welcome. Over all this shop is brilliant! from Molly Francis

The staff at Gooseberry go out of their way to provide an excellent service. You can shop or just browse in a relaxed setting. If you are stuck for gift ideas they can always come up with a great suggestion. They would certainly be a worthy winner!

I have visited this shop in both their previous and current locations. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the new shop has a brilliant collection of goods both for the child and the parent, parent-to-be, grandparent or friend to find the perfect item for their child or gift for friend or relation.

I love just wandering around this shop they have so many lovely and unusual gifts for babies to toddlers. When purchasing items time is taken to gift wrap purchases and present them in lovely paper bags. No need to re wrap in any other gift wrap when you get home. Staff are so friendly and helpful alway a warm welcome. Lynder

This is a great baby boutique. Perfect for finding a classy gift for baby. What I love about Gooseberry is that they'll happily spend time with you working out the perfect gift in your price range and then present it in a special way - tissue paper, beautiful bag, pretty little labels etc. The new bigger shop is fabulous and has a terrific range of quality prams and pushchairs too. Gooseberry is gift giving at another level!
