Richard Cosgrove, the Martial Arts Instructor in Oswestry, has trained In Thailand and the USA to a very high level.
He recently won Oswestry's COACH OF THE YEAR 2010 with his structured and well-designed classes that provide an excellent place to learn your Mixed Martial Arts skills.
