If you have a problem [and I did] the reassurance Helen and her Team provide will help immeasurably. Helen's opinion matters when dealing with other medical personnel who are less willing to listen to a patient's concerns. She is fully supportive if you need extra pressure to get the diagnosis and thereafter medical treatment. I like the fact that Helen and her Team go that extra mile to work with you to get the best whether it is treatment or repairing my specs yet again.... Thanks ladies much appreciated.

Helen and her Team are always welcoming, helpful and ready to deliver to the needs of their clients. The latest innovation which will really work for me are titanium frames. Coupled with lenses specific to my prescription the robust and flexible nature of these new frames means that any specs will last longer than the prescription does. I always come out feeling good - ready to meet the challenges my eyesight presents me with. Thanks

My wife and I have been regular patients at BBR for more years than we care to remember. It would never occur to us to go elsewhere. We have always enjoyed the friendly and efficient service. The actual eye examinations are so thorough and each visit seems to reveal another piece of futuristic equipment and patients' queries are answered in a way that even the old & confused can understand. Going to BBR is visiting friends.

I would not go to any other optician in Oswestry. BBR are outstandingly professional. Eyes are incredibly valuable and mine are complicated and difficult to treat. Nothing has been too much trouble for BBR and they makes themselves available whenever needed. Pleasant, courteous and quietly reassuring staff.
