Oz and the gang fully replaced the ageing heating system in my house, new boiler, radiators etc.
From start to finish I found him knowledgeable, competent and very skilled. They arrived on time and always left the house tidy. Any little problems were swiftly sorted and Oz was always available to give any assistance (even out of hours one night) All in all very impressed and would definitely recommend.. Ps Jim's pipe work is a work of art!!!

I first called Protherm on the recommendation of a friend and have found them to be very reliable and helpful every time I've used them. The last time I called (Sept '10) my boiler wasn't working. The plumber phoned me and talked me through a quick restart of my boiler and saved me the cost of a callout! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Oz and his team recently replaced the boiler in my house and I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided. The work was completed to a very high standard; plus the guys were always on time, caused minimal disruption and tidied up after themselves to the extent that I'd hardly known they'd been there. In short, an excellent job was done and I fully recommend their services.

Oz fitted on of his SureStop devices for us as our Stop-Cock ended up behind the cooker following an extension. Two weeks later the washng machine packed up and rather than having to pull the cooker out, we simply pressed a button and 3 seconds later the water had stopped. such a simple device yet so effective. Thanks Oz i'm sure you saved us a small fortune from the potential leak that was about to happen!

Have just had my boiler replaced ugraded and resited. New Central Heating system and pipe work throughout. Oz and his team did a Fantastic Job - were helpful and polite and considerate.

Oz and lads have just completed moving my boiler and refitting old pipes for my new extension. My boiler packed up and I had no hot water, I contacted Protherm, Oz called me back straight away and talked me through a simple check list to fix there and then.
His friendly free advice enabled me to fix the problem myself, I had feared an expensive w/e call out.

Ozzie and co did a remarkable job of renewing my whole heating system - sited boiler in the loft (wonderful for me, very tricky for them to get gas supply up there). Amazingly considerate and clean workers, as well as friendly/cheerful. Nothing too much trouble - but most important, highly professional and competent team.

Oz and his men are plumbing miracle workers. True tradesmen with exacting standards - Thank you. Donʼt even try anyone else - wait for Oz!
