I have used Oz and team 3 times in the last two years and have absolutely no problem in recommending them highly. On two occasions I needed the work undertaken very quickly (one was to repair a leaking toilet pan!) - Oz responded to my call for help and rectified the situation with a quality repair, and without any impact to internal decoration. On another occasion I needed a radiator moved very quickly at my mothers property. She had suffered a stroke and I needed the radiator moved to enable a stair lift to be installed. At very short notice Oz sourced a new radiator and completed the move over a weekend. Oz is easily contactable and has always provided useful advice and guidance.
I have used Oz and his team over many years and have happily recommended their services on many occasions. They are straightforward to deal with, do what they say they will, and there are no nasty surprises. Oh, and the free out of hours advice is a very welcome bonus service.

They did not recommend the best boiler for my property and the quote was inflated.
I first called Protherm on the recommendation of a friend and have found them to be very reliable and helpful every time I've used them. The last time I called (Sept '10) my boiler wasn't working. The plumber phoned me and talked me through a quick restart of my boiler and saved me the cost of a callout! Can't recommend them highly enough.
Ozzie's team are brilliant! We have used them on several occasions before. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and their aftercare service is second to none. This being a real emergency (replacement boiler) we had no hesitation on calling them in again. PROTHERM offers no pressure, no hassle, the best rates and the best workforce. Everything was sourced for the best price without compromise to our safety. Oz and Son did the work in 3 days. They were clean, efficient and pleasant to be around. They turned up every day at 8.15am (when they said they would) and didn't leave the site until home time when they left everything clean and tidy. I cannot recommend them high enough. Oz and his team recently replaced the boiler in my house and I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided. The work was completed to a very high standard; plus the guys were always on time, caused minimal disruption and tidied up after themselves to the extent that I'd hardly known they'd been there. In short, an excellent job was done and I fully recommend their services.

Oz fitted on of his SureStop devices for us as our Stop-Cock ended up behind the cooker following an extension. Two weeks later the washng machine packed up and rather than having to pull the cooker out, we simply pressed a button and 3 seconds later the water had stopped. such a simple device yet so effective. Thanks Oz i'm sure you saved us a small fortune from the potential leak that was about to happen!

Have just had my boiler replaced ugraded and resited. New Central Heating system and pipe work throughout. Oz and his team did a Fantastic Job - were helpful and polite and considerate. Oz and lads have just completed moving my boiler and refitting old pipes for my new extension. Quotes were competative and quickly done, small problems were solved quickly, I was kept informed at all times. Work completed quickly and on time. Oz is a "Top Banana" puts other plumbers in the shade fast service reliable and value for money. On more than one occasion he has helped in emergencies with succinct telephoe advice to temporary fix boiler and heating issues if he could not get there immediatly and even then getting there later the same day to fix problems even though he did not install the system thanks Oz
My boiler packed up and I had no hot water, I contacted Protherm, Oz called me back straight away and talked me through a simple check list to fix there and then. Ozzie and co did a remarkable job of renewing my whole heating system - sited boiler in the loft (wonderful for me, very tricky for them to get gas supply up there).
