This annual award organised by Mediamix publications such as The Ormskirk Advertiser and several Rotary Clubs in the Ormskirk area, is to recognise the outstanding contribution local unsung heroes make to their community.
There are 3 categories for the award including: Team of the Year, School of the Year and Individual of the Year.
To nominate someone you know, log on to www.icormskirk.co.uk and complete the on-line registration form. The deadline for all nominations is Friday, 13th April so don't delay!
There will be a presentation ceremony at Formby Hall Golf Club on Monday, 4th June 2007.
