Source is the home/business/life of Paul Shiel and Matt Fallaize. We are two friends with over forty years combined experience in the food and drinks industry. We set up Source to explore new ways in which to enhance our passion for serving fresh local produce - whether that be in the relaxing environment we have created in the Deli, or at your own home or venue through our OutSource catering service.

Source is based in Ormskirk town centre, where the Deli has become established as something of a local landmark for those with a discerning palate and an interest in exploring ranges that you simply won't be able to access elsewhere in the area; in fact, it has gained the sort of reputation that draws in customers from right across Lancashire and Merseyside . All the preparatory work for our outside catering is also carried out at the Deli kitchen.

OutSource for Outside Catering

OutSource aims to bring something different to outside catering across Ormskirk and the surrounding area - we are more than happy to offer our services around the whole of Lancashire and Merseyside. We are keen to discuss any type of event that you are organising - be it a small bespoke meal to impress your friends, a full buffet (hot or cold) to entertain large numbers or a barbecue hosted by us to treat all your friends. We can always adapt our menus to your needs, so feel free to hit us with your own ideas and requests - we really love talking about food (" It's what we do"), so don't hesitate to get in touch for a chat once you start to make your plans.

At OutSource we take great pride in sourcing only the best foodstuffs for our catering services. Wherever possible we source local produce to ensure that everything we serve is fresh and of the highest quality. Deli

Source Deli is where we like to demonstrate our passion for food, and we strongly believe we have something for every palate. You simply won't find a better range of fresh local produce for miles around - whether it be fresh bread baked daily in Birkdale, corn fed chicken and duck from Goosnargh, or fish from the markets of Fleetwood. Add to this Lancashire produce a great variety of continental cheeses and meats, together with fresh olives and preserves, and top it off with our fantastic selection of local and continental beers, not to mention a good choice of fine wines - what more could you ask for !! In fact, if you are a beer connoisseur, then you are sure to quickly become one of our regulars.
