Exceptional service, Robert is very trustworthy and I recommend him completely.Robert found the problem, new sceptic tank pump needed as the old pump was not working, collected and fitted the new pump over the weekend. We had had two other drain people out in the 2 months previous to me getting into contact with Robert but they just did not seem able to fix the job at had. Will be using Robert for all my drain needs in the future.

I would like to express my gratitude for the prompt and courteous service we received from you recently. We had problems with raw sewage escaping from our drains onto our property. You quickly diagnosed the problem to be with the main sewer after jetting the drains on our property. You were happy to check the main sewers - lifting several main sewer inspection hatches to identify which part of the main sewer was causing the issue.

The subsequent detailed report you have sent to us will hopefully enable us to claim back costs from our utility provider. We appreciate you came back at no extra cost to thoroughly jet and clean the drains and inspection chamber.

We would have no hesitation in using your services again and will recommend you to both neighbours and friends.

Thanks again for the quick, friendly and professional manner in which you dealt with our problem.
