I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with this year's Mediterranean cruise on the Independence of the Seas. As you know we had previously only been with P+0 and were a little apprehensive swapping to Royal Caribbean. We needn't have worried it was fantastic and compared very favourably in all areas. Once again, your service was superb constantly checking our requirements and ensuring that the cruise would meet our needs. The kids (14 + 17) didn't know what to expect and certainly didn't want to go into the teen clubs. Again we need not have worried. They had a fabulous time and are pestering us to book for next year. Which we will be doing. But not without your guidance, advice and support. I feel so relaxed about cruising now. My holiday starts the moment I pick up the phone to speak to you because you take all the hassle out of the planning and booking.

Having received such excellent service, advice and attention to detail last year when sorting out my first ever cruise I had no hesitation in booking this year's 'voyage' through your Company. Its impossible to put a price on the sort of complete service you provide nothing is ever too much trouble - taking calls after normal business hours and even helping out printing documents for me. I used to find booking holidays so stressful, but not anymore thanks to you and your 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Thanks to you I've got the cruising bug and am now looking forward to my second cruise coming up in August.
