In the heart of Ormskirk, at the recently launched Brookside Living development, Brooke's Bistro serves fresh authentic bistro style food in a relaxing stylish environment.
Owner Joe Fay has a great pedigree in the catering trade, and has moved his established outside catering business GWF Catering to run it in tandem with Brooke's Bistro. So, not only do the folk of Ormskirk and the surrounding areas get a great new venue for dining out, from breakfast time all through the day until early evening, but they also have a top quality caterer to service their parties and events at home or at their chosen venue.
With ample seating in the contemporary lounge or on the outside terrace, Brooke's Bistro is open for traditional and healthy breakfast fare from 9 am onwards, and stays open for refreshments right through the day. The bistro is an ideal spot for a lazy lunch, within easy walking distance of Ormskirk's shops and famous market, and offering a menu suitable for all appetites and tastes.
From paninis and baguetts, homemade soup and salads, through to favourites such as lasagne, chilli, beer battered cod, and curries, the menu really does have something for everyone and every part of the day. And, if you're one of those with a sweet tooth, then the selection of freshly baked cakes, pastries and desserts on offer at Brooke's Bistro will definitely catch your eye.

Brookes Bistro is situated in the brand new development Brookside Living.. We went in today to view the apartments and found Brooke's Bistro.. It's great, nice and spacious, excellent menu choice with great prices and it's only going to get better. We spoke to a delightful young lady who said that the bistro is open to both residents and public, 7 days a week, from 9am to 5pm (going to 7pm, when fully licensed).The bistro is run by a local man who also owns an outside catering company. Our meal today was a Full English and a home cooked Lasagne! Both were great. Ormskirk has been crying out for a decent priced venue and we shall be regular visitors to Brooke's Bistro..
