Preparations are now well under way for Ormskirk Motorfest , the motoring spectacular taking place in Ormskirk town centre on Sunday 28th August.
The event, which is being organised by Aintree Circuit Club, will be a fantastic mix of motoring and road transport, including :
Racing and Rally Cars
Sports Cars
Veteran and Vintage Cars
Classic Cars
Owners' Clubs' Displays
Racing Motorcycles
and lots more
The club are working in partnership with West Lancashire Borough Council. Martin Forshaw, WLBC portfolio holder for Planning and Transportation, believes that the event will help bring nationwide attention to the town on a prime Bank Holiday weekend, attracting media attention on a local, national, and possibly international level.
This is sure to be a great event for all those associated with Ormskirk and the surrounding area.
